Frequently Asked Questions

Our standard processing time is 3 to 5 business days before shipping by USPS. Our shipping time may change during the holiday season like Easter and Christmas.

When you find an item you love click “add to cart”. After adding all of your favorite items to your cart, you can complete your purchase by clicking the shopping cart icon in the top right corner. Once you have reviewed your cart and confirmed all information is correct, you will click “proceed to checkout”. You will fill out all billing, shipping, and payment information, and then click “Pay securely with credit card”. Once processed, you will receive an order confirmation.

To ship orders as quickly as possible, we ask that you review your cart closely before completing your purchase. We cannot guarantee every modification but will do our best to accommodate any changes if you reach out withing 24 hours after purchase and if the order hasn't been shipped.

Sweet Marbella products make great gifts! When filling out the billing and shipping information during checkout, be sure to fill out the shipping address as the address for the lucky receiver. In the listing, there will be a field that says “If your order is a gift, enter your gift message here. (optional)”. We will include your personalized message within the box.

We don't accept returns or exchanges. However, if an item arrived damaged or missing, please reach out to us at info@sweetmarbella.com. We will be happy to assist you.

We can reship the package to you for an additional $12 shipping fee. Please "contact us" as soon as you become aware that the address is incorrect.
